Rental Policies
Everything you need to know before you book. No surprises, no hidden fees — just clear terms so you can focus on the drive.
Age & Eligibility
- •Minimum rental age: 25 years old
- •Valid, non-expired driver's license required — original physical document only
- •No photos, photocopies, or digital licenses accepted
- •International Driving Permits accepted alongside an official license and passport
- •Learner's permits, restricted licenses, and suspended licenses are not accepted
- •Licenses restricted to daytime-only or business-only driving are not accepted
- •We reserve the right to refuse any rental if staff determine the renter cannot safely operate the vehicle
Payment Methods
- •Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted
- •Debit cards accepted — card must be in the renter's name
- •Cash accepted
- •Major cryptocurrencies accepted (Bitcoin, Ethereum)
- •Pre-paid cards accepted — must be in renter's name
Booking & Deposits
- •$500 booking deposit required to confirm your reservation
- •Deposits must be paid by credit card only — debit cards, cash, and prepaid cards are not accepted for deposits
- •Deposit is applied toward the total rental cost
- •Full payment is due at vehicle pickup
Cancellation Policy
- •The $500 booking deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations, regardless of the reason
- •No-shows forfeit the full booking deposit
- •To reschedule, contact us by phone or text as early as possible — we will do our best to accommodate date changes
Insurance Requirements
- •Renters must provide proof of full-coverage auto insurance
- •Email your insurance declarations page (PDF) before your reservation is confirmed
- •Your policy must include liability coverage transferable to the rental vehicle
- •If your policy only provides minimum coverage, contact your insurer to adjust limits before arrival
- •Nevada law requires proof of liability insurance while driving
- •International visitors: most foreign insurance policies do not cover US rentals — contact us before booking to discuss coverage options
- •Canadian renters: some provincial insurance (e.g., B.C.) does not transfer to US rentals — verify with your provider
- •Loss of Use Waiver available upon request for additional protection
Mileage
- •Each rental includes a mileage allowance based on the rental duration
- •4-hour rentals: 100 miles included
- •24-hour rentals: 150 miles included
- •Additional miles can be purchased at booking
- •Overage charges apply for exceeding the included mileage
Pickup & Delivery
- •Pickup and drop-off from any major Strip hotel or Harry Reid International Airport
- •Valet delivery to any location in Las Vegas: +$200
- •Vehicles must be returned on time — late returns are subject to additional charges
- •Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup
Additional Drivers
- •Additional drivers: +$299 per driver
- •Each additional driver must meet the same age and license requirements
- •Additional drivers must be present at pickup with valid ID
Geographic Restrictions
- •All vehicles are restricted to the state of Nevada only
- •Driving to California, Arizona, Utah, or any other state is prohibited
- •No international travel (Mexico, Canada)
Prohibited Uses
- •No racing, track use, or speed competitions
- •No off-road or unpaved road driving
- •No driving instruction, training, or teaching others to drive
- •No commercial use (rideshare, delivery, advertising, etc.)
- •No smoking in the vehicle
- •No pets in the vehicle
Tickets & Violations
- •The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll charges
- •Any fines incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter's card on file
- •Red-light camera and speed camera violations are the renter's responsibility
Rates & Extensions
- •Rates are locked to your reservation period and are not pro-rated for early returns
- •Rental extensions require a new agreement at the current available rate
- •Contact us as early as possible if you need to extend your rental
- •Promotional rates may exclude certain vehicles and apply only to specific rental durations
